Our client is looking for a Corporate Building Manager

This is a long term contract that must be done onsite 5 days per week in the Deerfield area

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating facility related operations, maintenance, and policy and procedures
• Monitors facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Directs and coordinates building
• Directs and coordinates building engineers and vendors
• Schedules and coordinates building testing

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of building management experience
• Experience with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to develop strategies
