Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, managing ad budgets across major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheet
- Ability to craft engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with eCommerce audiences.
Primary Job Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platform, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies for ad creative, targeting, and placement.
- Analyze data to create actionable reports, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
