Title: Web Designer (UI/UX)

Location: West Palm Beach - Fully Onsite

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience within UI/UX web design
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with web management platforms
• Knowledge of SEO principles and understanding of how web design impacts performance

Job Functions:

• Design & Development: Create visually engaging and functional designs for website pages, landing pages, emails, and digital assets. Implement designs in web platforms (e.g., WordPress or HTML/CSS).
• User Experience: Develop user-centered designs that enhance the online experience and improve usability across web assets.
• Optimization & Testing: Collaborate with the CRO team to perform A/B testing, collect user feedback, and refine designs for better conversion rates.
