Our client in Downtown Atlanta is seeking a customer care representative to join their team!

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to join their team permanently.

Pay: $22/hr

Location: Downtown Atlanta - fully in office

Duties

• Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
• Provide product information, including pricing, availability, and specifications.
• Monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
