Insight Global is seeking multiple sharp, self-directed Warehouse Associates to join a leading secondhand charity organization in Sacramento, CA.

In this role, the Warehouse Associate will primarily be sorting secondhand items and preparing them for distribution to local retail sites across northern California and Nevada. This role is in a warehouse environment, so it is imperative for this person to be comfortable on their feet for long periods of time and have prior warehouse/facilities experience.

This is a contract-to-hire role with competitive hourly compensation and opportunity to elect in benefits. Please note that this role requires a comprehensive background check.

Daily responsibilities:

• Sort, organize, and prepare secondhand items and apparel for local distribution
• Documenting sorting progress and communicating with delivery personnel
• Work with a team to meet weekly production goals

Shift options:

• 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm PST, 5 days per week
• 2nd Shift: 11:30am-8pm PST, 5 days per week

Locations:

• South Sacramento
• West Sacramento

Required skills and experience:

• Prior warehouse or facilities experience
• Ability to commit to 40 hours of onsite work per week
• Ability to physically lift 50lb and be standing for long periods of time
