We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the management of phone equipment supporting our Business VoiceEdge and Comcast Business Global products. This role will involve managing both existing devices and new equipment from Polycom and Cisco, as well as BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solutions. The Product Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining support documentation for these devices and ensuring seamless integration with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle for phone equipment related to Business VoiceEdge and Comcast Business Global products.
- Develop and maintain support documentation for existing and new devices from Polycom, Cisco, and BYOD options.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all devices and equipment are aligned with key features of VoiceEdge, such as Call Forwarding controls, Readable Voicemail, and One-Touch Call Hold and Transfer.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for product improvements and optimizing user experiences.
- Present and communicate product information and updates effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders, including presenting in front of groups of people.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical expertise on product-related issues.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical equipment.
- Hands-on experience with phone equipment, particularly Polycom and Cisco devices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, to drive product success.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to groups and explain technical details clearly.
- Previous experience working with Cisco and/or Polycom equipment is preferred.
