Position: Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix AZ
HYBRID (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months to hire
Only W2, Contract to hire

Corporate Policy & Governance
Initiatives/Projects:
- Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM); Digital Identity & Authentication; Corporate Policy & Governance
Industry background:
- 1st --> Identity and Authentication (with exp working policy compliance/governance)
- 2nd --> Banking
Team Dynamic:
- Collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and product owners; (direct team size is 4-6) ?

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
- Digital Identity & Authentication
- Corporate Policy & Governance
Must Have Technical Skills ( In order of Importance to Role):
1. Digital Identity and Authentication
2. Writing and governing corporate policy and procedures
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivots, macros, charting)
4. SharePoint (designing and maintenance of lists/workflows/surveys)
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Experience with SAFE/Agile
2. Leadership - strong bonus item
Soft Skills:
1. Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Education/Certifications: Bachelors degree preferred
