MongoDB DBA

• Experience in MongoDB Installation, configuration and administration for very large and complex databases in various MongoDB versions 3.4, 4.0, 4.4 and 6.0 .
• Experience in designing MongoDB multi-sharded cluster and monitoring with Ops Manager.
• Hands on experience on Create, Read, Update and Delete (CRUD) Operation.
• Creating replica set (Arbiter, Priority, Hidden, Delayed nodes) & sharded clusters in MongoDB.
• Proficient in upgrading various versions of Mongo database on different platforms.
• Experience in managing multi - node MongoDB clusters.
• Created aggregation queries for reporting and analysis.
• Creation of Indexes (Single-Field, Compound, Unique, Multi-key index, Text & Hashed Sharding indexes).
• Data Backup and recovery using Mongo dump, restore & Mongo export, import.
• Refresh MongoDB data from staging to production and vice versa.
• MQL Query tuning and optimization with appropriate index creation for effective processing.
• Responsible for administration, maintenance, Performance analysis, and Capacity planning
• Ensure the continuous availability of our mission critical MongoDB clusters using replication across data centers.
• Performance tuning and indexing strategies using mongo utilities like Mongostat and Mongotop.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
