Title: Project Manager -Microsoft D365 CRM

Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)

The pay range for this role is $100k- $120k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Description:

• Project manager with min 8+ years of experience in Project Management
• Proficient in project management activities
• Knowledge of managing Microsoft D365 CRM engagements would be added advantage
• Should be able to manage risks and issues effectively
• Responsible for Customer communication and managing internal/external stakeholders
• Should work proactively to manage the SLA defined as per contract
• Work proactively to manage Customer expectations
• Should be able to work with the teams to estimate and plan the deliverables
• Work with Onsite/Offshore teams to ensure streamlined delivery meeting the Customer deliverables as per plan
• PMP Certification would be as added advantage
• Should be able to execute project in Agile methodology as described by Customer using DevOps toolset
• Work towards continues process improvement
• Ensure Root cause analysis is completed for defects reported and corrective actions are implemented
