Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Senior UX Designer – Product Designer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Johns Creek, GA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Note; "Candidate needs to be local to GA to be considered"
  • Design: Create and maintain visual design of landing pages, artwork (e.g., illustrations, mash-ups) and design templates that support digital marketing objectives based on business requirements and wireframes.
  • Design System: Understand, apply, and advocate for consistency within the existing design systems while helping to augment based on industry design standards when necessary.
  • Interpretation: Convert offline marketing campaigns to digital-first activations
  • Optimization: Identify and propose quick-win recommendations that can be implemented to enhance the experience and yield short-term business KPIs.
  • Strategy: Help inform the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and testing, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our digital products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate in strategic experience design discussions to improve the consumer's experience in the medium and long-term across a variety of touchpoints while giving and receiving feedback, inspiring your team.
  • Team Empowerment: Encourage and empower the team to be self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable for their work, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate regular conversations with boundary partners to identify and address areas for improvement, supporting the team's journey of continuous learning and adaptation.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Skills: Visual Designer/Designing, Figma, Axure, Wireframe/Wireframing, Jira, User Experience (UX), Product design.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent certification with reputable UX training organization
  • 5-8 years of experience in related field
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Expertise with common creative and design tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of design collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, FigJam, Mural)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Design Systems, Material Design, Bootstrap and Responsive Design
  • Experience in telecommunications or high-tech environment
  • Creative agency experience in an account leadership, resource planning, or other operational management role
  • Displays strong interpersonal and leadership ability across all levels coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, qualitative and analytical skills
  • Exhibits an ability to effectively give and receive feedback
  • Possesses natural curiosity and a continuing desire to learn
  • Demonstrates characteristics of a self-directed, independent thinker who desires to do his/her best
  • Collaborates effectively in a virtual environment (e.g. Microsoft Teams, conference calls, FigJam, Miro etc.) and has a vested interest in the success of the team
  • Ability to communicate design direction in addition to being a hands-on designer while displaying strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Holds oneself accountable to successful completion of his/her responsibilities despite having limited oversight and multiple deadlines
