JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for an Office Administrator to join a professional liability insurance firm in Oviedo, FL. This will begin as a contract, but most likely transition to a permanent role down the line. This individual will be in the office 2 days a week and will work remotely the remainder of the time. Main responsibilities include: interacting with the board of directors, taking phone calls, coordinating travel, setting up board meetings, overseeing legal processes (e.g. filing with the state department of insurance, handling contracts with insurers), and other administrative or HR tasks that might pop up. They will also act as the defacto HR representative with an open-door policy to assist with any employee issues.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of experience as an administrative professional

- High degree of professionalism

- Attention to detail to handle important documents

- Understanding of the legal or insurance industry with a background as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant


Hourly rate ranges from $27 - 35/hr depending on experience level.
