Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key energy-related projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure clear communication among teams.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to drive project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy/utilities industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

• Managing large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of energy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
