Job Description
Role- Business Analyst
Location- Minneapolis, MN
-Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Order Management & Customer Data Management.
-Document business needs and features.
-Document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
-Facilitate User Story grooming sessions and create user stories.
-Identify and document business and technical requirements for various features.
-Conduct data analysis and data mapping on various features.
-Create and maintain a streamlined documentation for all the services effort. This includes content like: Design Documents, Business/System Process flows, Source Data Mapping, Stored Procedure used by API, Session log events, Test support documentation, etc.
-Document UAT Test Scenarios, conduct UAT testing and facilitate UAT Training sessions.
-Order Management optimization
