A national client of ours is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for their office in Dallas (2x per week in office). The client has 20 offices spanning over 10+ states handling a variety of different sectors. You may be responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome. Responsibilities/Qualifications will be the following:

Responsibilities -

• Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert with the ability to answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering staff
• Serve as a technical resource and point of contact for the staff
• Utilize quality control reviews to reinforce technical lessons and company processes
• Provide input utilizing sound engineering principles
• Provide input on individual staff member performance, advancement, and potential
• Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects
• Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors to drive on time and on budget completion of projects
• Review workforce projections and determine how they relate to staffing
• Drive ownership, accountability and culture through the company
• Interact with partners and executives on a regular basis to further the growth and quality agenda of the firm

Qualifications -

• Accredited bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• PE license required
• 12+ years of experience in A/E environment
• Demonstrated success in managing projects
• Engineering expertise in field and knowledge of parallel fields
