The CSR position is fast paced and requires the ability to multi-task, email correspondence and processing of customer purchase orders. Order entry management and maintenance of completed sales transactions.

Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

    Skills
    •Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in a Commercial Products environment and B2B Sales.
    •Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    •Excellent communication and presentation skills
    •Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    •Attention to detail and proven record of problem solving
    •Ability to learn business software

    Required Certifications/Licensing/Education/Training:
    Qualification:
    • Commercial Products Client Customer Service: 3 years(Preferred)
    • High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
    • Clear Background
    • Verifiable professional references.
    Job Requirements:
    Responsibilities
    •Answer email in a timely, organized manner
    •Data entry for customer purchase orders and returns
    •Manage and keep updated reports for the customer specific accessories
    •Assist in production scheduling based on customer needs
    •Keep updated information on inventory items
    •Product knowledge and ability to research
    •Print bill of ladings for shipping department to ship out customer purchase orders
    •Check invoices for errors and keep organized files for invoices and back up paperwork
    •Communicate with quality control, purchasing, and production team about product stock levels, issues and estimated times for product availability
    •Manage customer questions for tracking, shipment variances, and other tasks
    •Assist sales team with sales data if needed and communicate up to date issues or information
    •Must be reliable
