Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will provide a warm greeting via phone to a high volume of clients, support and education to field calls appropriately, order entry and processing.
Primary Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist:

• Receive high volume calls
• Complete order entry and ensure client information is accurate
• Provide information to appropriately help client navigate order process
• Provide great customer support and high attention to detail
