Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information regarding their treatment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, and necessary referrals as needed.
- Assist patients with navigating healthcare systems and accessing available resources, including financial assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to streamline patient services and improve overall patient satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or patient services role.
