IMMEDIATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED - START NEXT WEEK OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST CONSTRUCTION/UTILITY COMPANIES IN THE AREA THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT (POSSIBILITY FOR EXTENSION) 8AM- 5PM (3PM FRIDAYS) - MONDAY - FRIDAY HAUPPAUGE, NY (ON SITE ONLY) Qualifications: 2 years administrative assistant experience Detail oriented Microsoft Office proficient Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the HR Department, including document management, scheduling, and record-keeping Travel arrangements Ordering food/supplies for kitchen and office Coordinating catering/ events for staff Assist with day-to-day office operations, helping to maintain an organized and efficient workplace Support HR activities such as event preparation, and training coordination Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Occasionally cover front desk reception as needed to greet visitors and handle inquiries About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
