Pay Range: $23/hr on w2

Job Description
Under direct supervision, the Loan Services Specialist will execute basic processing and quality verification tasks following established procedures. This role is essential to supporting client and quality review functions via phone or written requests, timely processing of commercial transactions, and performing loan maintenance activities. Working as part of a high-performing team, the Specialist will contribute to loan servicing through system input, research, balancing, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities also include completing special instructions and ensuring precise, timely transaction follow-ups.
Essential Job Functions
  • Support a range of responsibilities in retail banking, small business banking, consumer lending, and origination areas.
  • Administer defined procedures, prepare reports, process and organize documentation, and conduct basic analysis.
  • Assist in reviewing documentation and procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Complete routine tasks, addressing billing inquiries, service requests, customer suggestions, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Perform as a contributing team member, committed to exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  • Address client inquiries by phone within Loan Services, providing timely, clear support and information.
  • Process Dollar Transaction Forms, Loan Initial Funding Requests, and perform accurate monetary processing through the Centralized Funding process.
  • Balance general ledger entries using Automated Posting Application (APA) and collaborate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
  • Post DDA entries in the Hogan system, issue cashier's checks, and process outgoing wires as needed.
  • Address fee waivers, update account information, and process transactions such as payment reapplications and payment history statements.
  • Conduct maintenance transactions on CLS, setting up ticklers for loan activities and performing system updates as required.
  • Carefully review reports to prevent potential customer impact issues and uphold system integrity.
  • Investigate research requests to resolution, communicating findings and solutions effectively to requesters.
  • Participate in quarterly operational testing and assist team members in meeting workload demands.
