A motivated and detail-oriented Senior Client Service Associate is needed at a successful financial services firm in Northbrook, IL! This role will provide outstanding client service and support retirement plan administration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and will play a key role in managing client relationships, reviewing paperwork, and offering technical guidance on plan design and regulatory updates. Salary Range: $ 60,000 $75,000 / year DOE
Senior Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring timely meetings and communication
  • Review and organize paperwork, ensuring all documents are processed accurately
  • Provide technical guidance on plan design, regulatory updates, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal team to address client concerns and resolve issues
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage incoming mail and client correspondence, ensuring prompt follow-up
  • Update CRM system with client data and transaction reviews
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for clients and handle requests with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to retirement plans and provide timely solutions
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and send personalized communication to clients
Senior Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or client service in the financial services industry
  • High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and perfectionist mindset
  • Licensed or willingness to become licensed in the future
  • Experience with Redtail CRM and Schwab/Fidelity platforms preferred
