Salary Range: $ 60,000 $75,000 / year DOE
Senior Client Service Associate Responsibilities: - Serve as primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring timely meetings and communication
- Review and organize paperwork, ensuring all documents are processed accurately
- Provide technical guidance on plan design, regulatory updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal team to address client concerns and resolve issues
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Manage incoming mail and client correspondence, ensuring prompt follow-up
- Update CRM system with client data and transaction reviews
- Maintain organized records and documentation for clients and handle requests with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist clients with inquiries related to retirement plans and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and send personalized communication to clients
Senior Client Service Associate Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or client service in the financial services industry
- High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and perfectionist mindset
- Licensed or willingness to become licensed in the future
- Experience with Redtail CRM and Schwab/Fidelity platforms preferred
