Administrator is the primary point of contact for servicing our customers by fulfilling their request. You will be responsible for making 200-300 outbound and inbound calls, along with some administrative duties including but not limited to the following: data entry, entering payments, processing false alarm report, billing, and responding to emails among others. The job requires knowledge of customer service processes and procedures, collection experience, strong inter-personal skills, ability to multi-task, and a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs. Providing timely and effective responses to our customer s requests are key skills required for this position. Attendance is important. Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Experience working in a collections/outbound call center environment
-Pleasant and Professional telephone etiquette
-Take charge attitude
-Enjoys the challenges that a customer service job can present
-Good verbal and written communications skills.
-Computer literate and basic typing skills
-Regular and punctual attendance is a must
