Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Clerk in Appleton, Wisconsin, United States. The role primarily involves managing finance-related duties in the industry, such as account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications as part of the role Maintain and adjust accounts payable and receivable records Execute account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records Handle billing procedures and resolve any discrepancies Utilize Microsoft Excel and Oracle for data management and report generation Operate QuickBooks and SAP for efficient invoice processing Conduct audit cycles to ensure financial transparency and compliance Generate reports using Microsoft Dynamics to support financial decision-making Ensure timely data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status. Requirements Candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience as a clerk or in a related role. Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must. Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. Familiarity with Billing procedures and practices is expected. Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in Invoice Processing is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. Knowledge of Oracle software is essential. Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable. Familiarity with SAP software is required. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is crucial. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
