Responsibilities Complete scans effectively and efficiently: Collect pertinent data about the patient and the procedure Select the most appropriate, cost-effective action plan after reviewing all pertinent data and assessing the patient’s abilities and condition Maintain the highest standards of patient care possible: Implement and maintain the MedQuest Best Customer Service Program Provide accurate explanations and instructions at a level the patient can understand Ensure the Center’s compliance with MedQuest Policy procedures, OSHA, local, state and Federal regulatory requirements: Follow radiation protection guidelines Participate in formal training and service programs Continuing Education: Cross-train for additional modalities within the center Complete and retain certification in MRI technology Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active Active state licensure, where applicable CPR Certification is required Prior Experience: 0 years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred Special Qualifications: IV skills required Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy Skill in operation of MRI equipment Customer service background and focus Company Message About MedQuest Associates Founded in 1996, MedQuest is one of the most experienced outpatient imaging providers in the United States.
