This candidate will work with critically ill patients, duties include assessments of patients, airway safety rounds, medication pass, wound care, mobility, documentation, interpreting airway strips etc. The patients are critically ill coming out of an ICU, there will be 4-5 patients per RN, and most are on ventilators. The RN must have an ICU / PCU background and must have experience with ventilators.
