- Salesforce Expertise: - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and Lightning components. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Technical Leadership: - Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce development projects. - Ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to developers.
- Development Skills: - Strong proficiency in Apex programming language and Visualforce. - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Technical skill requirements : Apex, Triggers, Wire service, LWC, Profiles, Permission sets, Page layouts, Custom settings, Aura, Visualforce pages , Tealium tagging, SEO, Accessibility, Remote site settings, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Mule & API integration, CTI , Flow, Process builder, Workflow , Connected App, Email templates, SOQL, SOSL , APIs, Test Class, Test Coverage , Custom metadata.
- Integration Knowledge: - Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems. Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the development team in implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs. - Provide technical leadership in designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation. - Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within the development team.
- Coll aborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery. - Foster a collaborative and positive development environment.
