Mediatek is looking for an Analog Circuit Design Intern for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will design and implement mixed-signal circuit that will be integrated in mobile processor SoC.

Intern's Responsibilities:

• Design analog circuit based on the specification.
• Perform transistor-level design feasibility and performance analysis
• Collaborate with team members to provide guidance for layout engineers to achieve optimal circuit performance.
• Conduct analog design sign-off checks and validate circuit performance in the lab.
• Coordinate with top-level BE/FE integrators to prepare required design models for integration.

Requirements:

• Pursuing an MS or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with fundamental analog building blocks such as bandgaps, current bias circuits, amplifiers, and comparator circuits.
• Knowledge of analog circuit design flow and experience using Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler design tools.
• Ability to design test cases to validate circuit performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong scripting skills in Tcl, Perl, or Python are a plus.
