Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general operation, maintenance, and organization of the lab space, including managing equipment, inventory, and supplies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants utilizing lab space. Provide support and guidance on lab protocols, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Manage lab inventory, ensuring that necessary materials, chemicals, and equipment are available for clients. Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and manage orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate maintenance of lab facilities and equipment. Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure equipment is in good working condition and repairs are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of lab activities, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and inventory. Provide regular reports on lab usage, operational issues, and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laboratory operations, facilities management, or a similar role within the life sciences industry.
