ServiceNow Project Manager (Healthcare)

Contract – 6 months

Location: Dallas, TX and Work from Home

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting skills and a deep understanding of healthcare industry needs, ensuring exceptional service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Deliver white-glove client service, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning ServiceNow solutions to business goals.
• Oversee configuration and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB).
• Ensure healthcare-specific compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) in project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and foster innovation.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong background in healthcare industry processes and compliance.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; ServiceNow certifications a plus.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
