We are seeking a Private Events Manager to assist the the General Manager and Director of Private Events with organizational and planning skills to manage multiple private rooms and events. This position will assist with promoting and selling events and maximizing revenue.
We are looking for a proactive self starter that experience in restaurant management.
This position receives a base salary and additional commission.
Duties:
- Promote and Sell event spaces
- Manage the events with the operations team
- Manage and respond to event inquires
- Responsible for BEO, Menu Cards, Billing
- Insite visits and walk throughs
- Reporting Sales, budgets, deposit and commission
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Able to learn and perform al essential job functions
- Ability to meet and greet and coordinate with prospective and current clients
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work with multiple platforms
Experience:
- Min 3 year experience
- Experience coordinating high end events
