The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead one of its portfolio companies, a franchising business. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's transformation and scale, with a focus on both organic growth and add-on acquisitions. Responsibilities for the VP of Finance include developing and executing business strategies to increase profit growth and EBITDA margins, as well as leading the financial aspects of the company's expansion. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in finance, particularly in a franchising or similar business model. The ideal candidate will have a tenure of over 10 years, with a proven track record of success, and experience in private equity and M&A integration.The role of the Vice President of Finance at the company is pivotal in driving the financial strategy and operations of the business. The candidate should be prepared to honor the company's past while also leading it into a future of significant growth and transformation. A background as the number two finance leader in a $40mm+ franchising company or the number one finance leader in a sub $29mm business is highly valued. The position requires a leader with a strong will to win, capable of leading the financial team through the company's expansion and capitalizing on new opportunities. The VP of Finance will work closely with the private equity sponsor, contributing to the development and execution of the investment thesis, and will be instrumental in the company's journey to scale within the next 4-5 years.
