About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the full oversight of its financial operations, FP&A, and investment strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and meeting financial targets within the operations, warehouses, and SG&A. This leadership position demands a focus on the distribution and warehouse strategy to ensure that the company's financial expectations are met. The VP of Finance will also be a key partner to the President and will engage with the functional leadership team daily to ensure the successful achievement of financial targets. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience, with a strong preference for those who have a background in warehouse and inventory management, and distribution or manufacturing. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of delivering successful financial performance, experience in financial system integration, and the ability to lead and develop a finance team. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with an MBA being strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
