About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join its executive board. The CAO will also be instrumental in designing and executing the organization's strategic growth plan, and will be expected to have a proven track record in healthcare administration, including experience in operations, financial management, marketing, and strategic planning.Applicants for the CAO position at the company should hold a Master's degree and have at least 10 years of leadership experience, with a background in health care administration. The role requires a candidate with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization, and a proven track record of success in a similar capacity.
