Responsibilities

• Act as the primary in-store contact, welcoming high-net-worth collectors and building meaningful client relationships
• Promote a range of high-end collectibles, from essential items to exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets
• Support special events and trunk shows to create excitement and boost sales for unique collections
• Leverage industry connections in collectibles, jewelry, or luxury retail to attract new high-value clients and broaden the customer base
• Develop expertise in the brand's craftsmanship and collection details to enhance the client experience and generate enthusiasm for each collectible piece

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-end or luxury jewelry setting, with strong knowledge of gems, fine jewelry, or collectibles
• An existing portfolio of clients to contribute to sales growth is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs, foster connections, and deliver an exceptional and memorable sales experience
• Proven experience in selling high-ticket jewelry directly to consumers, especially with high-end clientele and large-scale sales opportunities
