Summary

Are you looking to join an interactive museum that engages visitors with exciting challenges? As the Brand Ambassador, you'll welcome guests, staff various areas of the museum, answer questions, and create excitement!

Responsibilities

• Staff accessible areas of the museum, including entry, ticketing, elevators, and exhibitions
• Interact with visitors, engaging in conversation and building excitement
• Operate ticketing systems, including sale/processing, check-in, wristbands, and access control
• Ensure all guests interact with the exhibition in a safe manner
• Act as a brand ambassador, answering questions and generating buzz at special events as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented environment
• Ongoing flexible availability, including weekends and at least 3 weekdays per week
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse locations and audiences
