As a Senior Sales Representative , you will generate new business through cold calling, networking, and social media, while building long-term client relationships. You’ll create opportunities, acquire new accounts, and ensure consistent revenue growth through market research and understanding customer needs. You will deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Strong communication with operations and customer service teams is essential. You’ll maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot), report on pipeline status, and gather client feedback to enhance our offerings.
What you need to be considered:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in selling workplace solutions (e.g., office moving, systems furniture, project management)
- Customer service or operational experience a plus
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and forecast
- Outgoing personality with a focus on networking
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the mid-Atlantic region
- Must reside within the region
