Pro Racket Sports Team is looking for dynamic Sales Associates to join our family! 

As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will be reporting to and assisting the Store Manager and most importantly, providing excellent customers service with your enthusiasm and professional knowledge on racket sports. You will be also responsible for providing professional and efficient racket stringing service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, providing excellent customer service.
• Retrieve and organize inventory and oversee warehouse management to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Process sales transactions with precision and efficiency using the point-of-sale system.
• Restock shelves, maintain professional store displays, and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and systemizing inventory shipments.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure the store and warehouse adhere to cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Participate in the creation of promotional videos to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and ship customer packages promptly as requested.
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives as directed by management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Employer

Requirement Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
• Ability to handle multiple task at one time
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks

Other Optional but Preferred Qualities:

• 0-3 years sports sales related position experience
• Bilingual or multilingual skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, any language from India, Japanese, Vietnamese...etc 
• Racket sports experience such as badminton or tennis player preferred
• Racket stringing experience preferred
• Proficient on basic computer and office skills

$40,000 ~ $50,000 Annual Salary + Commission
