Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our small but growing team. This role involves managing inventory, processing orders, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our sales processes by managing stock, assisting with sales initiatives, and utilizing tools such as NetSuite and HubSpot. Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries on orders, product availability, and shipping; collaborate with customer service for a seamless experience.
- Sales: Create quotes, identify upselling opportunities, support lead generation, and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate shipments with internal teams and third-party providers, and conduct stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders in NetSuite, ensure timely fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and update customers on order status.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, and inventory; generate performance and inventory reports as needed.
- Software Utilization: Manage sales data in NetSuite and HubSpot; troubleshoot software issues with IT support.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and HubSpot.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to new processes.
- Ability to occasionally visit third-party warehouses or construction sites.
Working Hours:
- Full-time role with standard business hours.
- Quarterly travel to client sites may be required.
