Position: Clinical Pharmacist BMT

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Gainesville-FL

Base Salary: $128,502 to $167,000 +Best-in-class benefits

Job Description:

*The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic.

*This individual serves as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists.

*Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects.

Skills and Certifications:

*Minimum education of BS Pharm.

*Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

*ASHP residency preferred.
