Job Role: Patient Access Representative

Location: Hackettstown, NJ 07840

Shift: 3p - 11p

Pay Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr

Duration: 3+ months

Required: 1 year hospital authorization verification experience required

Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required

Knowledge of payer portals

Ability to research patient insurance benefits accurately.

Duties:

• Excellent customer service skills are required to support daily communications between physician offices and hospital sites.
• Address patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance, and services, providing clear and professional communication.
