Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family).
• Conduct assessments and make diagnoses.
• Develop and update treatment plans (ISPs).
• Document clinical services in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and facilitate team meetings.
• Participate in Family Team Conferences (FTC) and meetings related to admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide crisis management and therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Assist in training staff and creating a therapeutic environment.

Work Environment:

Based in Yonkers RTC, with occasional travel to other sites.

Work Hours:

Flexible hours, including evenings and shifts.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid New York State License: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psy.D.
• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) preferred.
• New York State Driver’s License preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications and strong writing skills.
