Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies, including B2B, B2C, and retail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events as needed.
Compensation for the Sales Manager:
- Full-time/Direct-hire
- Location: Fort Worth, TX – Onsite during training and as needed; otherwise, primarily remote
- Base Salary: $80K–$100K/yr. (commensurate with experience)
