What we're looking for in you
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience selling and marketing goods and services through strategies and tactics
- 5+ years of proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- 5+ years of proficient understanding of engineering and technology including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment
- 5+ years of thorough understanding of mechanical systems
Responsibilities:
- Currently, team of 16 total that this person will manage, 4/Automation, 2/Service contracts/ 10 Project Sales Reps with Sales Territory apprx 200 miles around the Twin Cities
- Clients include (Healthcare, Education, Data Centers, Manufacturing,g and more)
