Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role provides a great opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow within our organization. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Magenium, you will be a key player in our sales operations. You will support our sales representatives, ensure exceptional customer service, and gain comprehensive knowledge of our business practices, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Track and analyze sales performance, reporting results to management.
- Assist Business Development Managers with quotes, SOW reviews, and contract preparations.
- Qualify leads through various channels.
- Present service offerings and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Assist with bid requests and proposal preparations.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote Microsoft solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft's funding programs and incentives to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams on lead generation campaigns.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide timely and accurate information and pricing.
- Assist with credit and collection questions.
- Address and escalate customer issues as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Document all customer communications thoroughly.
- Keep CRM current and up to date.
Knowledge Development:
- Stay updated on industry and trends.
- Conduct research to support sales efforts.
- Understand Magenium/AVI’s business model and marketing materials.
- Enhance technical knowledge of products through research and training.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Handle additional assignments and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Competitive and outgoing personality with excellent listening skills.
- College education and strong communication skills.
- 2 years plus of Inside Sales experience
- Organized and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
