Our client, a well-known national distributor of building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Monroe, OH. This is a salaried, direct-hire position with great benefits. 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Strategies objectives and sales opportunities
• Call 30-50 existing, new, and/or target customers daily
• Collaborate with the territory sales team
• Process customer quotes and orders
• Consistently deliver exceptional experiences to customers
• Record, analyze, report & forecast account information
• Maintain and increase sales growth and market share

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Building products knowledge required
• Proficient with CRM
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000 - $65,000 base salary
• Bonus structure
