The Role

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent, with a strong track record managing projects.
• Leadership: Ability to lead teams effectively, motivate others, and resolve conflicts on-site.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Safety Focus: Deep understanding of OSHA standards and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe worksite.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints, project documentation, and construction technology.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve site challenges quickly and effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120K–$200K, based on experience and qualifications.
