Pay Rate: $19.82/hr, paid weekly
Hours: Training for both would be 8:30-5:00pm. Shift hours will be 8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00pm
Location: East Hartford, CT
Typing test scores are required. Must have 40+wmp.

As a Sr. Transaction Processing Associate, you will be working on various projects. These projects involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information utilizing different systems. Qualified candidates will bring a positive approach to meeting the high demands of a busy work environment. This position will provide open enrollment transaction support.
Responsibilities:

• Process all transactions and perform all tasks accurately within the procedural guidelines and without Errors.
• Meet or exceed the Daily Productivity standards for each task performed.
• Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) with no errors.
• Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally. Consistently meet or exceed customer's needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of the procedures and operating systems used to perform your work.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, to meet contract guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a Bachelors Degree or Eligibility Determination/ Application Processing experience.
• Must be able to pass 40 - 45 wpm typing test. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
