The Role


As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding the company’s market share. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in high-growth industries.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with market demands.

Key Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the lithium-ion battery, energy, or related technology sectors.
  • A proven record of building and managing strategic client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
