LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:
- Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Positions
- Shift Differential Pay for hours worked between 4PM-8AM
~ Day Hours (8AM-4PM) = Add $0.00/Hr Weekdays, Add $1.50/Hr Weekends
~ Evening Hours (4PM-12AM) = Add $2.50/hr Weekdays, Add $4.00/hr Weekends
~ Overnight Hours (12AM-8AM) = Add $4.50/hr Weekdays, Add $6.00/hr Weekends
- Schedule During Training Period: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
- Schedule After Training Period: 4 x 10-Hour Workweek

Master's Level Clinicians: Mobile Crisis Response Team
Our innovative Mobile Crisis Response Team at DLC rapidly responds 24/7 to requests for crisis interventions in the community. Referral sources include health care providers, family members, self-referral, law enforcement, and other community members.
This is a fast-paced environment where Clinicians work collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Nurses, and MRT Client Care Specialists to meet the needs of Clients and families via a multi-disciplinary team approach.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Responding to crisis situations, conducting risk assessments, triage duties and completing safety planning with individuals in crisis.
- Performing a range of clinical services related to the assessment/care/treatment of individuals experiencing crises, in the school, home, and community.
- Local travel including to/from:
~ Multiple service sites, to the homes, or residences or persons served, and within the community.
~ Homes and residences
~ Additional community locations
- Providing comprehensive crisis intervention counseling services.
- Connecting individuals who need a more intensive level of Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder services to the appropriate resources within DLC and the community.
- Other duties as assigned by the ESAC/MRT Clinical Supervisor
TO JOIN OUR ELITE MRT TEAM:
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Health Care Administration or related field = Required
- At least 2 years of experience in related environment (mental health, group homes, prison, detention centers, etc.) = Required
- Current and clear Florida Driver's License = Required
- Demonstrated expertise in the following = Required
~ Working with and relating to a diversity of diverse cultural/social/economic backgrounds
~ Program implementation skills
~ Competency in age-related or specialty issues/developmental needs
~ Assessment, diagnosis and treatment regarding severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders
- Ability to effectively utilize available resources to ensure a comprehensive, holistic and integrated treatment approach that supports evidence-based practices = Required
- Well-founded clinical and risk management skills = Required
- Flexibility, accessibility, working after hours, including some weekends, to ensure accountability and integrity = Required
- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information) and communication (written and verbal) = Required
- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
- Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
