Our client located on the east side of Cleveland is hiring a Technical Sales Rep! This is a Direct Hire!

The ideal Sales Representative will have solid knowledge of manufacturing combined with a strong network and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure. You will have a customer-oriented mindset, always providing exceptional customer service by creating and maintaining professional long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors. Must come from an electric motor repair industry, or from a related mechanical service industry.

Key responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding the customer portfolio and increasing service sales while at the same time contributing to a positive and fruitful work relationship with your colleagues. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Develop new and existing customers and accounts in particular focusing on industrial fans

· Develop sales and go to market strategies for existing and new technical service offerings

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle

· Communicate professionally and timely to customers and other internal and external stakeholders

· Keep up to date on market developments and trends and use the knowledge to develop new sales opportunities.

· Apply existing CRM tool to document and track sales activities

Requirements

· Associates degree in a technical field of studies or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of technical sales experience from manufacturing industries

· Proven track record of closing new sales deals with new and existing customers

· Solid experience communicating effectively on all organizational levels

· Strategic mindset and ability to transform strategy into concrete sales activities

· Experience in providing top quality customer service

· Willingness to contribute to the collaborative culture in the company

Start date: As soon as possible

Travel activity: 30-40%

Location: Cleveland, OH or remote with the ability to be at the office 4 times per month
