Job Description

Atlas are thrilled to have partnered with one of the leading locally owned and operated 24/7 hospitals in Pennsylvania, who due to continued success since their opening in 2020, are looking to welcome an Emergency Doctor to their team!

This is an exceptional opportunity to give back to community with personalized and affordable care while practicing high standard of emergency medicine. Work in a bright and modern clinic designed from the ground up around the comfort of pets and their owners and efficiency for staff. The hospital houses numerous spacious appointment rooms, in-house surgical suite, specialized x-ray and ultrasound equipment, pharmacy, isolation ward, and more providing you with the tools and space needed to provide the best outcome to your patients.

This is an exceptional opportunity for veterinarians at all stages of their career, from new graduates to experience emergency clinicians. New graduates can expect to receive dedicated one-to-one mentorship from a team who together share over 40 years of experience in emergency medicine. You’ll also benefit from a flexible schedule designed around your personal life. With a range of shifts available including day, swing, and nights and both full and part time, there are options for everyone.

If you’re not already sold on this truly unique opportunity to join one of the few privately-owned emergency centres in the northeast, then the package on offer is sure to change that. They’re offering an industry leading straight salary of up to $220k (no chasing financial targets here!), and a range of other benefits that put your wellbeing first.

Benefits:

  • Industry-leading straight salary up to $220k (no chasing financial targets here!)
  • Health insurances
  • Generous PTO
  • Continued education funded and encouraged
  • Leadership training, well-being support and more
  • Flexible schedule, great work life balance

About You:

  • DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
  • Active Pennsylvania Veterinary Board state license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Both new graduates and experienced veterinarians encouraged to apply!
  • Ability to provide compassionate care to your pets and their owner
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced but collaborative environment
